How independent technology, market-data, simulation, and payment providers relate to Black Vault.

Independent services
Black Vault may connect independent providers for authentication, email, hosting, market data, simulation, order records, and payment processing. Provider availability can change, and a provider may impose its own eligibility, classification, device, data, exchange, or acceptable-use terms.
Current simulation authorization boundary
The current Rithmic Test connection is a private test environment. It is not evidence of commercial approval for a paid or reward-linked public simulation. Black Vault will not activate paid account fulfillment or reward-linked public simulation without the required written exchange and provider authorizations retained in its records.
No unsupported platform claim
Black Vault does not claim an integration, affiliation, or authorization with NinjaTrader, Tradovate, or another platform unless that relationship is specifically published after verification. References to Rithmic, R | Trader Pro, or other providers identify independent technology only and are subject to their own terms and permissions.
No sponsorship or brokerage relationship
A provider’s name, logo, data, software, or connection does not mean that the provider sponsors, endorses, guarantees, owns, or is responsible for Black Vault or its evaluation program. Black Vault is not offering a customer brokerage account through the evaluation service.
Provider records
Provider records may be used to determine simulated orders, fills, balances, sessions, and rule status. Black Vault remains responsible for its own customer terms, product descriptions, billing, lifecycle decisions, and support. Report discrepancies to Black Vault support.
Data and credentials
Use provider credentials only for the assigned trader and account. Do not disclose or reuse them outside the authorized service. Provider data handling is described in its own policy and in the Black Vault Privacy Policy.
