All current Black Vault evaluation and Simulated Funded Accounts, balances, trades, profits, and losses are simulated. Any future live trading program will be a separate program governed by separate eligibility, onboarding, agreements, disclosures, and the account documents and requirements of the outside broker and other providers established for that program. A current program purchase does not create a live brokerage account or a right to future live-program access. Program purchases provide digital access to simulated services; they are not deposits, investments, brokerage funds, live trading capital, or withdrawals of simulated funds. Vault Payout eligibility is governed by published rules. Trader Arena matches offer no prize or cash value and are for entertainment and bragging rights only.
