Vault Payout Policy
How eligible simulated performance may qualify for a company-funded Vault Payout.
Version: 2026.08.29-counsel-baseline Effective / last updated: August 29, 2026
Status: FOUNDER COMPLIANCE BASELINE - FINAL COUNSEL REVIEW PENDING
Current status
Vault Payout processing is disabled. It may not be activated until the required counsel, exchange/provider, and jurisdiction approvals are documented and the applicable rules are published.
Nature of a Vault Payout
If activated, a Vault Payout will be a company-funded contractual program payment available only under the published rules applicable to an eligible Simulated Funded Account. It will not be a withdrawal of simulated profits, a redemption of simulated funds, a return on investment, customer brokerage property, wages, or a guaranteed payment.
All Black Vault evaluation and Simulated Funded Accounts are simulated. When commercial sales are activated, an evaluation fee will purchase time-limited digital access to a rules-based educational evaluation service. It will not be a deposit, investment, brokerage fund, or contribution of trading capital. Simulated balances and profits are not customer-owned cash and cannot be withdrawn. A “Vault Payout” means a company-funded contractual program payment determined only under the published rules; it is not a withdrawal or redemption of simulated funds.
Eligibility review
The published rules may require an active account in good standing, completed identity and tax documentation, compliant provider records, satisfaction of the accepted trading and risk rules, and no unresolved fraud, payment, security, or data-integrity concern. Black Vault will not deny a request based on an unpublished “spirit of the rules” standard. A displayed dashboard amount is not final approval.
Calculation and payment
The applicable published account rules and authenticated request record must govern the calculation, available share, thresholds, timing, method, and limits. Black Vault will show the requested amount and any documented adjustment before final processing. Tax forms, withholding, and reporting will be handled according to the recipient’s verified status and applicable law; this policy does not predetermine a particular information-return form. Payments may be made only to the verified eligible recipient.
Review and correction
We may review orders, fills, positions, provider corrections, rule compliance, and system incidents before paying. If a request is denied or adjusted, we will identify the rule or record used when legally and contractually permitted and provide a support path for relevant evidence.
